Right between indigo and violet

From The Everywhere Girl Diaries – a work of fiction

Second week of November, year one

Dear Diary,

Wow, there was another big crime near campus yesterday.  With the exception of the fact the Busty’s alarm keeps going off, we’d all kind of forgotten about the first one.

This one was a lot scarier.   It was a shooting, actually an attempted murder. This guy, Irving Iverson, was sitting in his study having tea when, out of nowhere, a bullet whizzes past his head and hits a priceless painting of a rainbow over the Eiffel Tower.  I saw the painting on TV and to me it just looks like a bunch of brushstrokes of (admittedly rainbow) colors over some thin silver lines. There’s no accounting for taste. Anyway, the bullet left a hole right between indigo and violet.

I also saw his wife on the news.  She was nearly hysterical and seemed more upset about the painting than she was about her husband’s brush with death.

It’s weird.  I remember seeing their house on my 22 minute walks and now, there’s this random “rainbow connection”.

Intel & AMD Work Closely thru Legalized Exchanges of Technical FACTS. If Only One Company Existed, New Equipment would be compromised by equipment already in place, too hard to divert from 100% compatible. By haveing second company, Intel by time new product Is introduced old stuff is mostly gone & compatibilities with old equipment under that mfg name isn/t really needed, as Other comapny so FAR Ahead. Its good way to develope very complex switching & software.
